The staff were fantastic and very helpful, providing impeccable service.

The hotel was fairly clean, it's a quirky place to stay. Our rooms were spacious and fancy and had coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area and a seating area. The breakfast was lovely in the garden. The venue was set in the very central position right by a two minute walk from the car park which was very cheap for a 24 hour stay and train station.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of dishes to choose from. Welcoming and decent stuff that assisted during our wonderful stay. It had very central location close to Plas Mawr.

Nothing to dislike.

It has absolutely perfect and beautiful location and reasonably priced parking, and it's near to the train station and local bus routes.

The hotel was spotless with very helpful staff. The perfect and stunning location within the old town walls made it convenient to visit local attractions like Llandudno, Bodnant Garden, and Betws-y-Coed.

The breakfast here is freshly cooked with gluten-free biscuits, juice, and artisan breads, and the restaurant is great.

The location here is fantastic, very peaceful, and just a short walk from St Benedict's Church—plus, breakfast offers a great variety of cereal and fruit.

The hotel provides reasonably large, compact rooms with a cozy bed and bathroom. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and you can conveniently park your car on-site. the property is within walking distance of a train station, making it a quick and affordable option.

Tastefully decorated and themed rooms made my stay extra special during my continental holidays. the bed was super comfy, I slept like a baby! 😊
